


MBB or USB laptop stick is the best I could guess (given that the others are Jet and Rocket) - don't install the driver/firmware for a different device! T-Mobile search doesn't find E352, but it does find Laptop sticks - go figure. The fact that this might be a proprietary device (not sure if you're on T-Mobile) adds to the dilemma. > please post a screen shot of Device Manager showing Network, Other Devices, or any devices with a problem The difficulty is finding the way to install the driver(s) or getting Win10 to recognize them if they are in fact installed There shouldn't be any technical issue that I can think of, other than the driver(s) aren't loaded (hence you only see the mini SDcard). I don't have an account, so I can't see all the details.
